Bought Merc C250D in May 2019.I came all the way from Dublin. James was the person I was dealing with. He was responsive and helpful all throughout the process from reserving the car to arriving to his showroom and driving the car the same day, the transaction being closed within a couple of hours.

We recently purchased a VW Golf SV. We arrived towards the end if the day to view but James was more than happy to take us for a test drive. Recently bought a Mercedes C350e from James. Great service, very responsive before and after I bought the car. A couple of minor issues that would only come to light after owning the vehicle for a week or so and James was more than happy to help out. Ultimately it was all covered by Mercedes warranty but James was very helpful and professional throughout. I would highly recommend.

Recently bought an Audi A4 from James Ball Cars. James was incredibly professional, helpful and not pushy. We turned up at the end of the day for an unscheduled test drive and he rearranged his show room at the last minute to accommodate us. The car was prepared and serviced quickly, and he even gave us a bunch of flowers when we drove the car away. Finally, we had a small fault with the car after sale and he was very helpful in getting it fixed at no charge. So, great before and after sale service. I hope to buy my next car from James Ball Cars.

Recently bought a Bentley GT Continental- James is highly knowledgeable, the car was exactly and he said and superb. Had previously researched extensively and got a fair price and good trade-in for my car at JBcars. After two months the car needed a small adjustment and it was completed fast, no hassle or cost. So good service too! Recommended.
